This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner,who is the mother of the deceased Santhi, seeking direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner all monetary benefits due to the death of her daughter Santhi, who worked as Assistant in the office of the 1st respondent and died on 21.04.2009

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned counsel appearing on either side that the Writ Petitioner died and she has no legal heirs to get impleaded in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No Costs.
