By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the Head of Thiruvavaduthurai Saivite Mutt, Kanchipuram, aggrieved by the act of the respondents in attempting to put up a bore-well, has submitted a representation dated 15.4.2015, and though it was received and acknowledged, the petitioner has not been favoured with any response and hence, came https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.G.B.Rajesh, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice for the first respondent and on instructions, would submit that no proposal has been mooted out to put up a bore-well in front of the petitioner-Mutt.

4.The said submission, on instruction, is placed on record. In the light of the same, no orders are necessary in this writ petition, and therefore, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
