These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2561 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 10th respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 10th respondent.

2. Mr.P.Jagadeesan represents that the respondents 13 to 15 have been served. They represent the estate of the deceased 10th respondent Pappa. There is no appearance on their behalf.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
