ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that already the petitioners have obtained an interim anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.11195 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018 and in spite of the said order, the third respondent, even without registering a case against the petitioners, is frequently calling up on the petitioners and harassing them.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since the complaint has been received against the petitioners and only for enquiry purpose they were called upon and they were not subjected to any harassment.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry without harassing the petitioners till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.11195 of 2018.

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
