ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2023 and pass Orders on the same.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner had been enjoying 10 cents of land situated in Survey No.267/7A1 at No.120 Perambakkam Municipality, Kdambattur Ondriyam, Thiruvallur District and he has also obtained patta in his name for the above property. Thereafter, the petitioner's father had settled the property in favour of the petitioner. While so, the third respondent had included the above property in the partition deed dated 22.03.2012 and is dealing with the property. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. At the outset, this Court is of the view that it is not a case of forgery or impersonation which empowers Registrar to invoke power under section 77A of the Registration Act. In such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner 2/4

to seek remedy before the competent civil court. Hence, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition.
