ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, to dispose the C.C.No.228/2018 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.228/2018, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trail Court on each and every hearing date, failing which, the trial Court is directed to take appropriate action against the petitioners and report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court after completion of the proceedings.
