Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time of the direction order in Crl.O.P.No.4088 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 by this Hon'ble Court in connection with crime No.In Crime No.1124/2021 on the file of the respondent, kangeyam Police Station, Tiruppur District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time of direction order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4088 of 2022, dated 18.02.2022 in Crime No.1124/2021, on the file of the respondent, Kangeyam Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2. Though, the petitioners were granted extension of time to comply the conditions, they have not complied the condition and approached this Court for further extension.

3. Taking note of the fact that since the copy of the order has caused delay, the petitioners have failed to comply with the condition within time. Time is extended to the petitioners to comply with the condition till 18.04.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
