To direct the respondent to consider the loan application and documents submitted by the petitioner on 16.10.2017, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.

The petitioner claims that he submitted all the required documents along with appropriate security and even then the loan application dated 16.10.2017 is yet to be considered by the respondent.

Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the loan application dated 16.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner.
