Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order in Cr.M.P.No.349 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to hand over the possession of the house property in S.F.No.684, 685A/2, Site No.152, measuring an extent of 1300 sq.ft. situated at Karamadai Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, back to the petitioner.
