O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent dated 05.03.2024 and to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.03.2024. 2.This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the 2nd respondent, since the application submitted before the 2nd respondent projected as if some dance programme is going to be conducted. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner only wants to conduct a stage drama on a fixed day. 3.If the petitioner wants to only conduct a stage drama on any day, a fresh representation must be made to the 3rd respondent and permission can be sought for. It is left open to the 3rd respondent to deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
