ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been preferred to set aside the Order passed in C.M.P.No.2574 of 2021 dated 20.09.2022 in S.T.C.No.168 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract Court No.I, Erode District by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that in the revision, the petitioner challenged the Order passed in CMP.No.2574 of 2021 in S.T.C.No.168 of 2020 and pending revision, the case in S.T.C.No.168 of 2020, the case has been disposed the accused has been convicted of by the trial Court.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.06.2023 vrc 2/4
