ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.03.2017 and to take necessary action on the said representation for granting pension within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and seeks four weeks time to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.03.2017 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
