To issue a writ under article 226 of the constitution of India in the nature of writ or order or direction, call for the records in C.P.No.97 of 2017 on the file of Labour Court, Salem, quash the final order dated 24.10.2018 passed therein and pass such other or final order as this Court 1/5

may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. PRAYER IN W.M.P.No.8619 of 2021:

To grant interim stay of the order dated of the order dated 24.10.2018 passed in C.P.No.97 of 2017 by the Labour Court, Salem, pending disposal of the writ petition.

PRAYER IN W.M.P.No.17974 of 2021:

To pass an order / direction to the writ petitioner / respondent management of Vaniar Estate D Division to deposit the entire amount computed by the Labour Court in C.P.No.97 of 2017 in its order dated and consequently permit the respondents in the writ petition to withdraw the same pending disposal of this writ petition and pass such other order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 07.04.2025 stating that the respondent employees left service long go and settled their account and stated that there may not be any necessity of decide the issue involved in the writ 2/5

2.Hence, this Writ petition is disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. However there shall be no order as to costs.
