O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge/Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Tiruppur, to consider the bail application of the petitioners herein in Crime No.26 of 2026 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uthiyur Police Station, Uthiyur, Tiruppur District, on the same day of their surrender.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant while returning to his home, found that one Nirmalkumar from the finance company along with 3 others, threatened and abused one Sathish. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the said Nirmalkumar along with his men, started to abuse the defacto complainant by using his caste name and beaten him. Hence, the case.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials on record.
4. Considering the submission made and on perusal of the materials it is seen that in this case the petitioner is running a financial company and given a loan to his neighbour and demanded repayment of the loan and cause harassment which was questioned by the petitioners and hence, the case has been registered.
5. In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge/Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act cases, Tiruppur, to consider the petitioners' bail application, preferably on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No.26 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989. The petitioners shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of fifteen days from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 3\5
