JUDGMENT
For the sake of convenience, the appellant and the respondent will be referred to as the complainant and the accused respectively.

The present appeal has been filed challenging the judgment of acquittal of the accused passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate/ Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level I), Erode in S.T.C.No.138/2012 dated 27.02.2015 for the offence punishable under Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the complainant and the learned counsel for the accused.

In view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of S. Ganapathy vs N. Senthilvel reported in (2016) 3 MLJ (Crl) 641 (FB), Registry is directed to send the records to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, after taking photocopy of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

The complainant and the accused are directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode on 08.01.2018 at 10.30 a.m.
