..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the over lock of the factory premises situated at Door No.5/12, Salem to Namakkal Main Road, P.M.P.Nagar, Pachal, Puduchatram- 637019, Namakkal Taluk and District belonging to the second respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner says that the limited prayer that was carried to court was for the provident fund authorities to remove their lock and seal from the factory premises in Puduchatram, Namakkal Taluk.

2. The petitioner says that the provident fund authorities have themselves removed the seal and the petitioner has no further grievance.

3. In such view of the matter, WP No.8207 of 2021 is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and the provident fund authorities in respect of the respective dues from the borrowers or defaulters, as the case may be. Appropriate action in accordance with law may be pursued both by the petitioning bank and the respondent provident fund authorities.

There will be no orders to cost.
