The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to survey the lands of the petitioners with adequate police protection, situated in the survey Nos.859 to an extent of 0.6.50 Hectares and

survey Nos.874/9, 874/8 having an extent of 0.43.00 Hectares at Koothapatti village in Alepuram Revenue Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District and to demarcate the boundaries and to plot the same, then to provide the extracts by acting on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2023

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners filed a copy of the letter, stating that the issues between the parties have already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

3. Consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
