Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 more particularly respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2013 and dispose of the same by directing restoration of public pathway situated in Survey No.190/1A in Maraparai Village, Tiruchengode Vattam, Namakkal District, to its original position.

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.07.2013, and dispose of the same by directing restoration of public pathway situated in Survey No.190/1A in Maraparai Village, Tiruchengode Vattam, Namakkal District, to its original position.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is no more. Under these circumstances, if any grievance exists, the legal heirs of the petitioner are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for redressal.
