ORDER
Vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18745 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1386 of 2025, this Court had enlarged the petitioner/appellant on bail, subject to certain conditions. One among such conditions vide paragraph 7(c) is that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal and he shall also appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default.
3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 09.10.2025.
4. Accordingly, the condition regarding the petitioner's appearance, as imposed by this Court at paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18745 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1386 of 2025 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 09.10.2025 remain unaltered.
