Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned order dated 13.10.2014 issued by the sixth respondent vide his proc. Ta.Ka.Ni.Sa.3/2011 and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service from the date of dismissal

i.e. from 28.01.2008 with backwages, continuity of service and all attended benefits retrospectively.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
