ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus prohibiting the third respondent from putting up any compound wall in the petitioner's property at No.1/237, Pillayar Koil Street, Vilangadupakkam Village and Post, Red Hills, Chennai 600 052 comprised in Survey No.327/03.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been in physical possession and enjoyment of the land in question.

3. However, when the petitioner is not able to show any piece of land indicating that he is the owner or any document or title granted in his favour, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, as there is no merits.
