This petition has been filed bringing to the notice of this Court an error which had occurred in paragraph No.14, 16 and 17 of the judgment dated 13.12.2018 in S.A.No.813 of 1998, with respect to survey number, which should be S.No.845 and which had been mentioned as S.No.845 actually in paragraph No.14, but subsequently in the very same paragraph No.14 and paragraph Nos.16 and 17, it had been wrongly mentioned as S.No.835.

2.Since the error is apparent on the face of the records, even without issuing notice, this error is corrected. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the survey number wherever it is reflected as S.No.835 to S.No.845 in paragraph Nos.14, 16 and 17 and issue fresh order copy.

3.Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
