Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2018 for rectification of defects in the revenue records with regard to the lands measuring to an extent of 0.18 acres comprised in Survey No.288/1, an extent of 9.00 acres comprised in Survey No.281/2, an extent of 9.30 acres comprised in Survey No.280, situated at Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue computerized joint patta to the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2018 for rectification of defects in the Revenue Records with regard to the lands measuring an extent of 0.18 acres comprised in Survey No.288/1, an extent of 9.00 acres comprised in Survey No.281/2 and an extent of 9.30 acres comprised in Survey No.280, situated at Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue computerized joint patta to the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the representation dated 03.09.2018 completely differs from the one filed in typed-set of papers, which were served on the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
