CR.NO.7/2001/AC Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5 imposed on the petitioner pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.1/2015 in Crl.A.No.367/2014 order dated 23.01.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.367 of 2014 on 23.01.2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Cases, Villupuram, once in six months at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day until further orders.
