This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the judgment and decreetal order dated 20.07.2022 in FCOP.No.230 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet.

2. Even though notice has been served to the respondents, none appeared on behalf of them.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
