Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the respondents, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 30.03.2007, the order of the 2nd respondent dated 01.09.2006 bearing Ref.No.72 PUN:VEL:VG:2006, the order of the 3rd
respondent dated 22.07.2008 bearing Ref.No.HO:HRM:SETT:12248: 248, the order of the 3rd respondent dated 20.03.2008 bearing Ref.No. HO: HRM: SETT:12248: 2010-11 and the order of the 4th respondent dated 22.10.2010 bearing Ref.No.HO.HRM: PEN:12248:0708 and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from 30.03.2007 till the date of retirement viz., leave encashment, pay the Bank's contribution of the provident Fund together with interest, to pay gratuity, pay arrears of pension, commuted value of pension and continue to pay the pension to the petitioner in terms of the Indian Bank (Employees) Pension Regulations, 1995.

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" based on the letter dated 16.11.2018 submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
