Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue an order clubbing all FIR pending before the various Police Stations all over Tamilnadu against the petitioner into single FIR and then to give suitable direction to any particular police offers or any police station to carry out impartial independent investigation and to take all further steps in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to issue an order clubbing all FIR pending before the various Police Stations all over Tamil Nadu against the petitioner into single FIR.

2. A perusal of the petition filed before this court revealed that the petitioner even without knowing the allegations made in several FIRs as mentioned in the petition and without adding the concerned police station as a party to this petition and without adding the complainants who filed complaint for registration of an FIR, filed this petition that too with the omnibus prayer.

3. In the prayer portion, the petitioner did not even mention what are the FIRs to be clubbed together and without mentioning from the file of which police station and without adding the complainants to the respective FIRs. Therefore, this omnibus prayer in this petition cannot be considered for clubbing all FIRs pending before the various Police 2/4

Stations all over Tamil Nadu against the petitioner into single FIR.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.03.2025 Vv To
