This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection to condone the delay in filing the above appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 118 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant is directed to serve the typed set of papers to Mr.M.Sudhakar, today itself.
