This petition is to amend the petitioner's name R.Devendra Babu instead of R.Devendran in Crl.OP.No.26161 of 2016 dated 16.12.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In the bail order copy instead of Devendran, it shall be amended as R.Devendra Babu.

In the circumstances, (i) Petition allowed.

(ii) Carry out the amendment as prayed for.

(iii) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.

(iv) Fifteen days further time from the date of receipt of amended order copy to execute the bail bond as per the original order is granted.
