Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the award passed by the first respondent in I.D.No.270 of 2009, dated 30.12.2011, and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant and monetary benefits.
