3. Accordingly, the delay of 92 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous petition to condone the delay in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 24.03.2023.
