ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This Court has already given protection order to the petitioner herein on 21.02.2022. When this petitioner sought for anticipatory bail this protection order was granted with a specific condition that the respondent police should complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order with the above conditions, the petitioner should also cooperate with the investigation. However, after getting this protection order, the petitioner herein has not attended the enquiry properly, but, he has written a letter to the police on 05.02.2022 stating that he is contesting in the local body election and therefore he is unable to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

participate in the enquiry and sought further time. Though the local body election was over long back, the petitioner has not co-operate with the investigation, but taken another anticipatory bail petition before this Court without complying the conditions imposed by this Court in the earlier order. This Court finds no bonafide in the petitioner's attitude. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
