Seeking leave to sue defendant, the applicant has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff. The suit is filed for permanent injunction.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent, though residing at the outside territorial jurisdiction, is uploading the movie, over which, the applicant is having the copyright and the Movie is likely to telecast throughout the country. Hence, she prays for grant of leave.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
