ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 and 506 (ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.1575 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the Law Enforcing Agency after completion of the investigation, had filed a charge sheet before the learned Sessions Court and thereafter, the learned Sessions Court had issued summons for appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court and the same is awaited.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court.
