ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17302 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27823 of 2024, dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP No. 5460 of 2025 11.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17302 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27823 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is relaxed.
