This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 8(ii) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant while granting suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P.No.5166 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.210 of 2019 vide order dated 11.04.2019, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and due to his old age ailments, he is facing difficulties to appear before the trial Court. Therefore, he has filed the present petition seeking to relax the condition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5166 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.210 of 2019 vide order dated 11.04.2019, is modified as follows :- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
