The delay of 2144 days in filing the deficit court fee is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
