ORDER

This revision petition has been filed questioning an order dated 15.09.2017 in I.A.No.628 of 2017 in I.A.No.647 of 2013 in O.S.No.151 of 2006, which suit is now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram.

2.It is seen that the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2006 itself had been disposed on 25.08.2021 and naturally, examining the order in the Interlocutory Application would only be a futile exercise and therefore, nothing further survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
