ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in so far relates to House Site to the extent of 400 sq.ft situated at Plot No.1581 in T.S.No.136, 137 and Block

No.108, Periyar Street, Kodambakkam Village, Mambalam Taluk, M.G.R. Nagar Scheme, Chennai - 600 078.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 02.08.2021 before the respondents 1 and 2 requesting to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2 till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2021 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
