When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by one Mr.T.S.Boochandran, who was tenant under the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.653 of 2021. During the enquiry, it was found that it was landlord and tenant dispute and the respondent have closed the enquiry. He would submit that the respondent are not harassing the petitioner in respect of the complaint given by Mr.T.S.Boochandran.
