The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction, to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 5th December 2014 claiming pension.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that an order was already passed by the respondent on 29.09.2015, and the representation of the writ petitioner was already considered and the said order passed was communicated to the writ petitioner. Thus, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, no order as to costs.
