This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.30 of 2023 pending on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for first respondent.

3. The second respondent/de facto complainant was present before the Court and she stated that she has married the petitioner on 14.12.2023 and that she is living happily with him.

4. Accused 2 to 4 already filed Crl.O.P.No.1363 of 2024 and the First Information Report was quashed in entirety by order dated 2/5

23.01.2024.

5. Since the First Information Report has been quashed in entirety, except recording the statement of the de facto complainant, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
