It is represented by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner apprehends that he would not be allowed to participate in the Kumbabishegam of the Temple, which is proposed to take place on 04.04.2024. It is needless to clarify here that the Petitioner as devotee of the Temple and hailing from the family of its hereditary trustee shall not be precluded from participating in the said Kumbabishegam of the Temple, but it shall not treated as having conferred any right of hereditary trustee on him, which would be subject to the result of the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Miscellaneous Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms.
