Johanna Divya(Minor) v. Y.Soundari

O.P.No.904 of 2013 and A.No.57 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., Mr.S.Madhusudhanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Original Petition has become infructuous as the minor has attained majority. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Since the case is infructuous, I may be permitted to withdraw."

2. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected Application is closed.
