Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.2494 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2494 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2494 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police thrice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
