Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2013 and further directing the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 to stop the illegal act of the 9th respondent from further converting the agriculture lands situated in S.No.245/1B to an extent of 30 cents and S.No.245/2A to an extent of 35 cents in Ayyarpadi Village account, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned trial Court, where the suit is pending for the same relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
