learned counel for the plaintiff herein having submitted that during the pendency of the suit the dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant has been amicably settled out of Court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above suit and he has also filed a memo dated 19.03.2022 to that effect and it is ordered as follows :- That the suit in C.S.No.232 of 2019 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

2.In view of the above, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.
