PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned closure order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Pa.Mu.No.7762/2015/A3 dated 21.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

Further the Correspondent of the petitioner's school has given a letter dated 08.11.2021 which reveals that communication has already been made based on the letter given by the petitioner's school wherein it is stated that the school had already been closed.
2. Therefore, the adjudication with reference to the grounds in the writ petition does not arise at all. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
