ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioners were asked to appear before the Investigating Officer for investigation on 26.03.2022, but they have failed to appear and if they cooperate with the enquiry, there is no necessity for the respondent police to arrest them if no cognizable offence is made out.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners herein to appear before the investigating officer and cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners till the completion of enquiry.
