ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the office of the Respondents more particularly the 3rd Respondent to process and grant refund of amounts quantified vide application dated 18.01.2021.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Respondents in unison that an order dated 15.11.2023 has been passed subsequent to the filing of the writ petition. Thus, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the writ petition stands disposed of, however, it is open to the petitioner to seek redressal before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved by the said order.
